for health protection during distribution and retrieval of
modules, with Classroom/Teacher’s Program, Seat-Plan, School
Form 1 & 2.
14. Cabinet/Divider/Shelves for IM’s (Well-maintained,
Labeled and properly Indexed IM’s and well arranged)
15. Learning Resources Available (Curriculum Guide, Teacher’s
Guide, MELC, DLPs, Learning Modules, Learner’s Materials &
Individual Learner’s Plan)
16. Reading Corner will only have reading materials. (IM’s
for reading will likewise be placed in the cabinet shelves.
Mat/Carpet/small table are encouraged; however,
establishment of additional structure is not allowed.)
17. Uniform Segregated Trash Cans (at least 3) inside the
OTHER REQUIREMENTS

standard color scheme for DepEd School Building, clean and
well-maintained for improvised ceiling, clean and pleasing to
the eye)
22. Painted exterior walls and doors (painted with exterior
beige (for walls) and SR-318 temptation/matcha (for doors)
base on the standard color scheme for DepEd School Building,
well-maintained, clean and pleasing to the eye)
23. Adequate Ventilation & Lighting Facility (maintained
electrical fixtures, no spaghetti-like hanging wires, no
boards/posters covering the windows)
24. Armchairs/Tables/Chairs (free from vandals’ scratches &
breakage, clean/painted/varnished and arranged according to
New Normal set-up enough for learners in the class) if painted
color choices must be cool or earth colors.
25. Plants inside the room to help clean indoor air and add
beauty (maximum of 5 healthy plants properly located, with
uniform plant pots/holders and safe for students and teachers)
