the position of Supervisor (Elec)/OHE/PS1/sCADA for the above-mentioned project under North Central
Railway.
2. am willing to work on the project awarded to Lion Engineering Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and I will be available
for entire duration of the project assignment.

3. 1, VARMA ABHISHEK RAMESHBHAI have not left any assignment with the consultant engaged by NCR
Contracting fim (firm to be supervised now) for any continuing works of NCR without completing my
assignmentI will be available for the entire duration ofthe current project named above. If I leave this
assignment in the middle of the completion of the work, NCR would be at liberty to debar me from taking
assignment in any of the NCR works for an appropriate period to be decided by NCR. I have also no objection if
my services are extended by NCR for this work in future.

4. confrm that I have not given consent to my current fim/any other firm for the aforesaid project, In case of any
discrepancy, my consent for this project is exclusively to Lion Engineering Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

5. My remuneration will be INR 48,000 only Per Month (No Fooding and Lodging) (Rupees Forty Eight
