The figure above represents the baseline development for budget of the business. There
are ten main activities in conducting the “Piaya on Wheels” which are based from the project’s
milestones. The following activities will be directed by collaboration of managers in different
departments. The total cost account is ₱700,000, which represents the total project cost. This
budget is then allocated to each milestones according to their needs. The Project Baseline Budget
will present the detailed allocation of the budget based on their duration times.

Indicated above the figure are the allocation of budget during the project duration from
Week 1 starting with necessary meetings and acquisition of legal requirements, up until the
Project Closure in Week 40.

Wrap-Up Closure Checklist will be conducted in order to formally finalize and finish the
project “Piaya on Wheels.” It will be directed by the Project Manager which will consider
questions in significant aspects of the project regarding the task, resources, the project scope,
suppliers, and customers. This checklist will serve as an assessment in making sure that
everything is done especially the deliverables, which will be assessed if it is met according to
plan and that nothing is overlooked. This also aids in making sure that everyone on the team is
aware of what needs to be done and that everyone is communicating effectively.
