the external organs need care and proper hygiene. Here are some ways to do it.
1. Keep your genitals clean at all time. Wash them regularly with soap and
clean water, especially after using the toilet.
2. Change your underwear every day or as often as necessary. Make sure your
underwear is kept in a clean place so they do not get any dirt o germs before
you use them.
3. Daily baths and showers are advisable to keep your reproductive organs and
other parts of the body clean and healthy.
4. Avoid using dirty public washrooms.
5. Eat nutritious food and get adequate rest and sleep.
6. Consult your parents and/ or pediatrician for any irritation, discomfort, or
infection in your reproductive organs.
