SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before operating the device for the first time, please read the safety
instructions and the respective manuals for this product at least once to
ensure you have understood the proper use of the device, the handling
instructions and the requirements in respect of staff qualification for
installation and maintenance, and the necessary protective measures. All
information about this product is available at suzohapp.com.

OPERATING ELEMENTS
The currenza c2 coin changer series includes two models. While the
housing dimensions and design are the same, a distinction is made between
the versions Blue and White. Only the operating elements
are different on the two versions.

Perform configuration of the version "White“


using the separately available setting module
HENRI.

Blue version
The human interface, the operating device for the user, consists of a
keyboard with seven keys and a display.

White version
The White version has no operating elements on the control panel. The user
interface is made available via the separate setting module HENRI or via the
respective vending machine (provided this function is supported).

CONFIGURATION OF THE COIN CHANGER

The following description applies to the "Blue" version and/or


the separate setting module.
A message appears on the display after switching-on of the currenza c2.
The (error) message indicates the current status of the coin changer.

Menu structure
Navigation within the menu structure is simple. Select the desired menu in
the main menu by pressing the key with the letter A, B, C, D, E or F shown
on the left of the menu.
Example: Press the key with the letter E to change to the Settings menu.

Use the keys "Arrow up" or "Arrow down" to navigate within the

menus. Press the "OK“ key to change to a selected submenu . Press the
"EXIT“ key to change to the higher-ranking menu. Change to the main
menu with the MENU key.

All menus contain a help text for navigation within the menu in
the bottom part.

The main menu is displayed: Press key A to change to the Audit menu. You
can access all audit data via the Audit menu. The following overview shows

Menu: Inventory
The main menu is displayed: Press key B to change to the Inventory menu.
At first the current tube combination is displayed in the Inventory menu:

. This menu provides information about coin management.

Proposals for optimization

The amount of coins inserted and paid out again is displayed for each tube
in per cent (highlighted in cyan, see above).

Three question marks are displayed when the number of


coins inserted and paid out is too low for generating a payout
statistic.
When the displayed value is smaller than 100, the number of coins inserted
is larger than that of the coins paid out. When the value is above 100, the
number of coins inserted is smaller than that of the coins paid out.
Proposals for optimization
Proceeding from the results of the internal analysis proposals for optimizing
the coin management for the coin changer are submitted to you.
Example: "Reduce filling level in tube B to 75 %“, because these coins are
paid out rarely. You can accept or not accept this proposal. If you accept the
proposal, the filling level of the tube is changed to the new value: "Filling
level adjusted“.

The Service menu is displayed: Select the Token Teach submenu using the
"Arrow up“ or "Arrow down“ key and press the "OK" key .

You are requested to insert coins via the display:

coins into the coin changer.
4 Select the acceptance band of the token.
After successful teaching of the token the following message appears:

You can assign a value to up to one hundred prices.

In this menu you can release or block coins (01 to 16) individually.

Only for machine interface BDV/Executive: In addition you


can determine the coins (01 to 16) to be automatically
inhibited when the tubes are empty.
