The undersigned, AIRA REYNNE SORIANO DEL CAMPO hereby applies


to have the land hereinafter described brought under the operation of the
Property Registration Decree, and to have the title thereto registered and
confirmed:

AND DECLARE . . . . .

1. That the applicant is the owner of the land (by virtue of deed of
sale or conveyance in accordance with Section 14 of said
Decree), The said land, consisting of one 2,500 square meters
parcel is situated, bounded and described as shown on the plan
and technical descriptions attached hereto and made a part
hereof, as follows:

“A parcel of land Lot No. 7049, located at Barangay Tadiangan,


Municipality of Tuba, Province of Benguet. Bounded on the
Northwest by pts. 3-4-5 by Lot 7045; on the Northeast by pts.
5-6-7 by Lot 7045; on the Southeast by pts. 7-1 by Lot 7042 and
pts 1-2 by Lot 7009; and on the Southwest by pts. 2-3 by Lot
7286 (Forest Zone), all of Cad 719-D. Beginning as a point
marked “2” of Lot 7-49, being N. 84 deg. 28; E/ 3.848.71 m.,
from BLLM No. 1.”
2. That said land at the last assessment for taxation was assessed
at P300,000.00, Philippine currency.

3. That to the best of my knowledge and belief, there is no mortgage


or encumbrance of any kind whatsoever affecting said land, nor any
other person having any interest therein, legal or equitable, or in
possession.

4. That the applicant has acquired said land in the following


manner: that the undersigned has been in open, continuous,
exclusive and notorious possession and occupation of the land
since September 9, 1940; and that the undersigned and his
predecessors in interest have been in possession of the land since
December 15, 1940.

5. That said land is occupied by the undersigned.

6. That the names in full and addresses, as far as known to the


undersigned, of the owners of all adjoining properties, of the
persons mentioned in paragraphs 3 and 5, and of the persons
shown on the plan as claimants, are as follows: IVY CLAIRE
VICENTE, with address Lots 7045 and 7042, Km. 8 Asin Road,
Tadiangan, Tuba, Benguet; RHEZALIE EIRA V. GUILENG, with
address, Lot 7009, Km. 8 Asin Road, Tadiangan, Tuba, Benguet.

7. That the applicant is single.

8. That the applicant's full name, age, citizenship, residence, and


postal address is as follows: AIRA REYNNE S. DEL CAMPO, 30 y/o,
Filipino Citizen, residing at Km. 8 Asin Road, Tadiangan, Tuba,
Benguet, 2603.

9. That on the Southwest of the property, Lot 7286 is a Forest


Zone.

10. That the following documents are attached hereto and made a
part hereof: Tax Declaration No. 1941-09-0060-00223 for the year
1941 (ANNEX “A”) and Deed of Absolute Sale on September 9,
1940 (ANNEX “B”).
