Condition Survey of M&E Assets PDF

The document summarizes a condition survey of mechanical and electrical assets in a building to identify renewal costs over 25 years. It describes grading the condition of assets from A to D based on visual and thermal inspections. Priority ratings from 1 to 4 were also assigned based on safety, disruption risk, and deterioration.
