Engineer. Romeo Estabillo who is known for his excellency in his profession as civil engineer/contractor
facing challenges into his company when it comes in facilitating his growing companion in his
construction firm. Moreover, due to these problems he needs to do a crucial decision that can be affect to

being approach and create a fair solution to the problems. This case study presents different approach and
objectives to the problems that can be found in this case and the possible solutions to the problems.
PROBLEM
1. Engineer Estabillo's company is continuously developing, and he has to choose whether to secure
the administrations of four extra civil engineers on a full-time premise. Be that as it may, with the
expanding complexity of operations, he is uncertain in case he can successfully perform his
capacities and make sound choices. He has to come up with an arrangement that addresses his
concerns while ensuring the company's development.
