1.0 Develop Pilot Project using Drones to supply medicines in Overall Project
SanFrancisco City rural areas

1.1 Initiating
1.1.1 Develop Scope and Plan Wilmont and Drontech business teams along with Project Managers to Prepare the Statement of Work, Project Cost
Estimate, Schedule and other Baseline Documents
1.1.2 Engage Stakeholders Communication with Project Stakeholders including status reports, discussions on scope risks, etc.
1.1.3 Mobilization of Funds Wilmont Pharmacy has earmarked USD 1,750,000 for the project to implement at different locations of stores in San
Francisco City area, California State, USA.

1.2 Planning
1.2.1 Systems Design The It Team of Wilmont and Drontech to design and develop Web page , Mobile app, Software for use of unmanned Drones
to fly and to carry medicines packagings to deliver at the designated locations as per the data. Preparation of related
documents for approval. Technical Specifications are

1.2.2 Cost Estimate To Prepare a detailed cost estimate for the procurement and manufacturing of Drones as per the technical specifications
and for systems procurement compatable to use drones.
1.2.3 Approvals The syatems Design team and Procurement team to present the data and accord the approvals from the Chief Information
Officer Mr. James Connor (JFC) and Vice President - Operations Mr. George Cranston (GWC). Dronetech Engineering to
present the operations cost seperately based on the actuals plus the operating margin profit.

1.3 Construction
1.3.1 Purchase Materials Cost of labor associated with purchasing material for the drones and the cost of the systems including all sensors required
for the operations and delivery to the specified locations by Wilmont Pharmacy.
1.3.2 Rent Equipment / Additonal Equipment Since Sensorsa are going to take a major role in flying the drones and are susceptable to extreme climatic conditions ,
adviasable to keep in stock as additional sensors and will be replaced immediately when any of the sensors stop functioning.
1.3.3 Engage Specialist The cost of Drone Assembly specialist to review the design and operations of unmanned Drones as per the American
Standards and accords his consent to use the drones to fly and deliver the medicines.
1.3.4 Complete Assembly All manpower at all levels, systems development , drones manufacturing units , are to be listed before the start of assembly
and to complete the assembly of all the units to put into operations sequentially .

1.4 Testing
1.4.1 Component Testing The system and softwares developed for use of drones to fly will be tested as per the norms of FAA and to be recorded as a
checklist document.
1.4.2 Track Testing Once the testing of systems and softwares for use drones are completed, the drones will be flown as per the testing
parameters and observations are recorded as a seperate document.

1.5 Competition
1.5.1 Travel Incidental Expenses incurred by any of the personnel at any of the stage of the project are to be worked out and to be
submitted to accounts department after getting the prior approvals.
1.5.2 Event Expenses incurred towards the launch of Drones are to be worked seperately and to be submitted to accounts section
1.6 Close Out
1.6.1 Disassemble The expenses incurred to replace the faulty dones or are to be replaced with any of the damaged parts are to worked out
and to be submitted to accounts .
1.6.2 Reconcile Acounts and Finalize All the expenses as listed above are to be worked out by acounts section and funds are to be released to all the concerned
Payments personnel and close the project.
