MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to develop, build and service Northern Philippines for living, working and
travelling; in order to improve the quality of living for all.

HISTORY
AJBLV Builders and Construction was established in 2010 after AJBLV Construction cc
and Mr. Jp Vitug decided to combine their strengths in order to form a new construction company,
AJBLV Builders. With more than 13 years of experience in the construction industry and with an
experienced management team in place, AJBLV is now ready to meet the modern requirements of
the Philippines Construction Industry.
In 2012 we did our first of two Makati Projects for the Ayala Roads Agency. These projects
involved Design and Construct work for the upgrading of gravel roads to asphalt roads.
Operations continued in the Free State Province with many Low Cost Housing projects
been completed successfully.
AJBLV Builders and Construction is registered with the South African Construction
Industry Development Board (CIDB) and is registered as a Level 8 Civil Engineering and Level 8
General Building Contractor.
