The teacher had updated learning stations for the first quarter, an evident class record, but had not yet enrolled learners in the LIS system and some learners were wearing face masks improperly. The teacher was reminded to sustain readiness for teaching and enroll learners, and all teachers were reminded to enroll learners upon class opening.
