Greeting
Greeting is the first word you learn. Greeting tell people that you want to
communicate with them. Greeting is one way to maintain good relationship with
others. Greeting means welcoming other people. It can also lead to a
conversation. Business greetings or greetings among strangers are formal. On
the other side, greetings among friends and family members are informal or
casual.
People usually slow down their activity, smile, or wave their hands as
they greet other people. They will stop doing their activity if they want to talk
more. Greeting is usually followed by asking condition. It is more likely to maintain relationship. It is not
mainly used to ask condition. At the end of the conversation, people usually have leave taking expression or
say good bye. It is a polite way to end a talk.
