NARRATIVE
In first day of our Pre-Work Immersion Orientation and Seminar. The person in

being intern student. He oriented us that Work ethic is a value established by diligence
and hard work. It also involves the belief in moral benefit in work and enhancement of
character ability. The workers who possess good work ethic should be given high
position and promotion at work. The ethics of work is an ethical issue as even God
himself revealed the importance of the virtue and many conservative believes that
laziness is morally wrong. The work ethic is a good discussion topic as work is life and
every human being work to earn a living. Therefore, in the organization of work,
attendance is very crucial for the work to be done properly. He also discussed the rights
and responsibilities that each employees has. These are rights to make decisions in
terms of religious aspects because they need to be respected with their decisions.
Being an intern student I need to follow the rules so that I can gain better future. The
fact that working in the society faces a lot of responsibilities that's why we need to focus
and enjoy the work with all our hearts to be a good model to everyone

Mr. Edmond Basilio Tackled about terms and condition of the memorandum of
agreement (MOA). He also discussed the proper attire for the safety of the employees

smell those chemicals that can affect our health. That’s why wearing a proper attire is
for the goodness of every worker. He also shared the safety and precautions on
hazardous thing present in the vicinity of the company.
According to him, place in the factory is always at risk. To avoid accidents there
is need for us to follow the rules and regulations so that no one will put their life at stake
and be lost

In the last of our Pre-Work Immersion Orientation. Mrs. Hazel kong discussed the
in giving grades and the guidelines we need to follow as intern student. She taught us
how to make journals and portfolio. Making these journal and portfolio needs patterns to
be followed making it will be successful. In the afternoon, the last speaker was Mr.
Chirstoper M. Alo he discussed about how to make cover letter and resume. This letters
highlights or enthusiasm for the position we are capable, showcase our ability to
perform the position we desire. The format to be used making cover letter it should be
formal, using professional language and it must be personalized. Lastly , proper
grammar should be checked accurately.

REFLECTION

Today is our Pre-Work Immersion Day it is the Orientation and Seminar. May
reflection in the morning is our life is like a candle "unti-unting lumiliit" but we will not
allow it to happen in our life instead, we must cheer up and stand firm to purchased our
goals in life. In working it needs to spend time because it is a serious work you must
need to focus on it. I know it stressful but we just need to prepare and accept it even
though it's hard. We must sacrifice to reap a better future. My reflection in the afternoon,
I believe that hardworking is the key to success. I know that it is the beginning of our
journey so we must enjoy and put even the simply effort to achieve our goal. I know that
being an intern student is a hard task because you are working in real life situation.

I learned a lot from days different speakers. The knowledge imported will help us
have some idea regarding our work immersion. This was a great opportunity for us in
order to gain knowledge and enhance our skills to be a better immersion student in our
assigned work places as well as a better citizen in the society.

DAY 1 (JOURNAL)

(MARCH 20, 2023)

I woke up early matched with a great smile and thank God for giving
me another day to live. That day, I was somehow nervous yet super excited. Nervous
because I never tried to work in school campus and I don't know how to socialize on the
other teachers because my nervous. most especially to those having high positions. I
was excited because I knew that I will be learning more knowledge and tips on how
people behind every works and to meet new faces of people. Also, I was excited to
adopt those learning I got from our previous subject that has a relevancy in our work
immersion. I came early to the school since our adviser instructed us to gather first
there and comply our necessary requirements for work immersion. Since I was
assigned to be the leader of our group (Batch 1 TTNHS), I was somehow pressured yet
I was always reminding my co-members regarding the needed requirements. But then,
some of them didn't make it complete resulting that our adviser got angry and we'd
received a lot of remarks and "sermon" from her. Despite of those problems, we still
need to continue and start our work immersion since it was already scheduled.

We arrived at the agency at exactly 8:00 in the morning. After that, we'd proceed
immediately on our short orientation including the rules and regulations, duties,
equipment and so ford inside and outside the School campus. We listened carefully and
agreed all those reminders. Then, they started already teachings us regarding the
things to do. Thankfully, we got all of it and was able to do/used it successfully without
any harm and damage. Even though some of duties inside the school were still
unfamiliar to us, vincent told us to freely ask questions whenever if weren't sure on it for
assurance and safety. It was good because we really felt comfortable as they

Sir. Vincent is handling 3 sections. Sir. Vincent broadly taught us how to distribute
current to avoid short circuit. We were so happy to be at the school of TTNHS. We knew

We went back to the school and our adviser was there to check on us regarding
