Dear Secretary Avisado,

This is in accordance with the Local Circular No. 199 dated July 15, 2019 under the
provision No. 5 of the Local Government Support Fund and Financial Assistance
(SGSF-FA) to Local Government Unit FY-2019 (GAA).

MAY REQUEST THE FOLLOWING ITEMS LISTED BELOW:

1. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERA (CCTV) Php 2,000,000.00


2. SOLAR LAMP POST Php 4,000,000.00
3. SOLAR LED LIGHTS Php 4,000,000.00
4. BARANGAY ROAD CONCRETING Php 20,000,000.00

Total Php 30,000,000.00

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF BURGET AND


MANAGEMENT THROUGH SECRETARY WENDELL E. AVISADO TO ALLOCATE
FUND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERA (CCTV) and
SOLAR POWERED LED LIGHTS FOR STREET LIGHTING, BARANGAY HALL,
BASKETBALL COURT, SCHOOL AND BARANGAY ROAD CONCRETING IN
ABULALAS, HAGONOY, BULACAN.

WHEREAS,pursuant to Department of Budget and Management Local Budget Circular


No. 119 dated july 15, 2019 amounting to 30 Million Pesos( Php 30,000,000.00) each
Barangay for for he priority project , under Special Provision No. 5 of the Local
Government Support Fund and Other Financial Assistance to Local Government Units.

WHEREAS, The Barangay Officials of Barangay Abulalas Hagonoy Bulacan support the
Government Program for the Peace and Order on a way of 24 hours monitoring and
conduct a test and immediate action in all bad accidents in our barangay.

NOW THEREFORE on motion of Hon.Gerry M.Faustino and duly seconded by all


members of the council be it.

RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED TO REQUEST THE DEPARTMENT OF


BUDGET AND MANAGEMET THROUGH SECREATARY WENDELL W. AVISADO
FOR FUNDING OUR PRIORITY PROJECT THE SOLAR LED STREETLIGHTS,
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERA (CCTV) AND BARANGAY ROAD CONGCRETING.
RESOLVED FURTHERE that the copies of this resolution be furnish to the office of
secretary Wendell E. Avisado and the offices concerned for this information and
favourable action.
