Meeting Room

Equipment Checklist
Whiteboard with pens
You might need to make some notes or visuals on a whiteboard
to help explain a topic in more detail.

Comfortable chairs and table

Comfortable chairs and a functionable table that suits the size of
the meeting room – not too small and not too big.

The right projector and viewport

Nothing more annoying than non-functioning technology! Try
the projector before the meeting starts to be sure it works
properly.

Cables and cords

Different computers need different cords and cables. Make sure to
stock all necessary cords to avoid connectivity issues.

Functioning A/V equipment

Assure that your speakers are functioning properly, and that you
have the right connections for them.

Video conferencing equipment

Set up tools for video conferencing so remote participants can
get the full meeting experience.

Notes and pencils

Provide paper and pencils for taking notes. Sometime it’s easier to
write by hand instead of computer!

Coffee, tea and water

Longer meetings might require refreshments. Provide coffee, tea
and water so that the meeting attendees can stay focused.
