Yes, our school have specific ICT policy and guidelines. One of these includes the appropriate use of
students' mobile phones. Students are prohibited to use their mobile phones and tablets during class
hours.

2. Are the teachers aware of school’s ICT policies and standards?


Yes, we are very much aware of the policies and standard implemented.

3. Does the school provide ICT training for teachers?


During our In-Service training which is conducted twice a year, we are provided with Trainings
regarding ICT.

4. Does the school provide the necessary ICT tools and digital technologies to aid teaching and
learning activities?
Yes, our schools has computer laboratories which is equipped with computers. These computers is
accessible to students and teachers and they can use it anytime.

5. Are the students provided with equal opportunity to use the computers and other digital
technologies?
Yes, everybody can use the computers anytime.

6. Are the teachers knowledgeable on how to operate a laptop/computer and other technologies for
teaching and learning?
Yes, but there are some of the teachers who are not knowledgeable enough to operate a laptop/computer.

The challenges encountered by students in using ICT tools especially in the senior high school
building are the slow network connectivity and lack access of internet.

improvement? Why?
Domain 6 is significant because it is vital for teachers to use technology tools to seek, organize,
analyze, integrate, and evaluate information that can help them teach more effectively. As
teachers, we must be well-versed in a variety of subjects, including technology, thus it is critical
that we learn from specialists who can give us with information that will benefit us.

4. How will you promote the positive use of ICT to your students?

As their teacher, I will share them my knowledge, expertise and resources. I will motivate them
through helping those acquiring basic ICT skills in that way they will gradually develop and
improve their learnings in ICT.
