Roles & Responsibility:

 Responsible for electrical inspections related to installations, testing,


commissioning.
 Conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.
 Conduct inspection of all electrical material deliveries.
 Attend all electrical inspections with client/contractor representatives.
 Submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project
engineers.
 Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non-conformance reports and
verification of corrective actions.

 Ensure that all works are carried out as per approve method statements

as QA/QC documents, testing and commissioning reports etc.
 Preparations of testing and commissioning method statements in
coordination with vendors, General Contractor representatives and
project owner representatives.
 Preparation of construction programs, reviewing the project
progress daily and attending the project meetings for proper
coordination with the other trades to achieve the progress.
 Reviewing and preparation of shop drawings.
 Co-ordinating with consultant for Approval of shop drawings.
 Preparing daily construction tasks while ensuring safe working
conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadlines.
 Preparation of Panel Schedules, feeder schedules.
 Re verification of Electrical Design such breaker sizing.
 Monitoring Electrical Installation such as of Power transformers,
Switch Gears & Generator.
 Preparation of Electrical Team man power loading forecast based on
allocated project budget.
 Preparation of weekly progress report
 Preparation of Electrical Deliverable list based on Project scope
 Attend weekly technical meeting with Client
 Coordinating with Lead Engineers of other departments and project
support functions such as procurement and planning.
 Work Inspections are carried out for Subcontractor’s activity prior to
consultant Inspection for approval.
 Ensure the materials received as per material submittal &
coordinating with consultant for the approval of MIRs
 Frequent visit to site for ensures all quality related procedures are
followed.
 Issuing NCR if incase work related activity diverted from approved
method statements and approved shop drawings.
 Monitor all activities related to quality and report to the QC manager.
 Perform daily inspection and test of the scope necessary to achieve
the quality of construction required in the drawings and
specifications for all works under contract.
 Maintain QA/QC documents to the entire projects including
certificates, calibrations, Initial & final handovers.
 Coordinating with consultant for approval of Electrical & low Current
Installations.
 Preparation of checklist, snag List for project finish out.
 Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity,
through all phases of engineering and construction.
 Conducting workshops for all activities.
