To create an advertisement of the college in PowerPoint by inserting an image on a black
slide as the background and applying the "Content with Caption" layout, follow these steps.

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation and click the "Home" tab in the ribbon.

2. In the "Slides" group, click the "New Slide" button. This will insert a new, blank slide at
the end of the presentation.

3. To insert the image as the background of the slide, click the "Format Background" button
in the "Background" group. This will open the "Format Background" pane on the right side
of the window.

4. In the "Format Background" pane, click the "Picture or Texture Fill" option and then click
the "File" button to browse for the image file. Navigate to the folder where the image is
stored and select the image file. Then, click the "Insert" button. The image will be set as the
background of the slide.

5. To apply the "Content with Caption" layout to the slide, click the "Design" tab in the
ribbon and choose the "Content with Caption" layout from the "Slide Layout" group. This
will add a title placeholder at the top of the slide and a content placeholder below the title.

6. To add the title and content for the advertisement, click in the title placeholder and type
the title of the advertisement. Then, click in the content placeholder and type the content
of the advertisement. You can format the text using the options in the "Home" tab in the
ribbon, such as font, size, colour, and alignment.

To design a PowerPoint presentation about a college and create a
slide with objects that are added using custom animation, follow
these steps:
1. Open the PowerPoint presentation and go to the slide where you want to add the objects
and animation.

2. To insert objects on the slide, click the "Insert" tab in the ribbon and then choose the
desired object from the "Illustrations," "Tables," or "Media" groups. For example, you can
insert a picture, chart, table, or video by clicking the corresponding button in the group.

To animate the objects, click the "Animations" tab in the ribbon and then click the "Add
Animation" button in the "Animation" group. This will open the "Add Animation" pane on
the right side of the window.

In the "Add Animation" pane, choose the object that you want to animate from the "Object"
drop-down list. Then, choose the desired animation effect from the "Animation" drop-down
list. You can also choose the animation options, such as the start and duration, in the
"Animation Pane" on the left side of the window,

To apply custom animation to the objects, click the "Custom Animation" button in the
"Animation" group. This will open the "Custom Animation" task pane on the right side of the
window.

6. In the "Custom Animation" task pane, select the object that you want to animate and
then click the "Add Effect" button. This will open the "Add Effect" dialog box.

7. In the "Add Effect" dialog box, choose the desired effect from the "Effect" drop-down list
and then choose the options for the effect.

& When you're finished adding and configuring the effects, click the "Close" button to close
the "Custom Animation" task pane.

To insert an Excel worksheet on a slide in PowerPoint, follow these
steps:

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation and go to the slide where you want to insert the
Excel worksheet.

2. Click the "Insert" tab in the ribbon and then click the "Table" button in the "Tables"
group. This will open the "Insert Table" dialog box.

3. In the "Insert Table" dialog box, select the "Excel Spreadsheet" option and then click
the "Browse" button to browse for the Excel file. Navigate to the folder where the
Excel file is stored and select the file. Then, click the "Open" button.

4. The Excel worksheet will be inserted on the slide as an embedded object. You can

resize the object by clicking and dragging the handles around the edges of the object.

5. To edit the worksheet, double-click on the object to open the Excel application. Make
the necessary changes to the worksheet and then save and close the Excel file. The
changes will be reflected in the embedded object on the PowerPoint slide.

To insert a bar chart in a slide to illustrate and compare sales data
in PowerPoint, follow these steps:

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation and go to the slide where you want to insert the bar

chart.

2. Click the "Insert" tab in the ribbon and then click the "Chart" button in the "Illustrations"
group. This will open the "Insert Chart" dialog box.

3. In the "Insert Chart" dialog box, choose the "Bar" chart type from the list of chart types
and then click the "OK" button. This will insert a blank bar chart on the slide.

4. To add data to the chart, click on the chart to select it and then click the "Design" tab in
the ribbon. In the "Data" group, click the "Select Data" button. This will open the

"Select Data Source" dialog box.

5. In the "Select Data Source" dialog box, click the "Add" button to add a new data series to
the chart. In the "Edit Series" dialog box, enter the name of the data series in the "Series
name" field and then enter the data values in the "Series values" field. You can use the
"Category (X) axis labels" field to enter the labels for the data points.

6. Repeat the previous step to add additional data series to the chart as needed. When
you're finished adding data to the chart, click the "OK" button to close the "Select Data
Source" dialog box.

7. The chart will be updated with the data that you entered. You can use the options in the
"Design" and "Format" tabs in the ribbon to customize the appearance of the chart. such as
the chart type, data labels, axis titles, and legend.

PowerPoint, follow these steps:
1. Open the PowerPoint presentation and go to the slide where you want to insert the pie
chart.

3. In the "Insert Chart" dialog box, choose the "Pie" chart type from the list of chart types

button in the group.

7. To apply a consistent design to the slides, click the "Design" tab in the ribbon and choose
a theme from the "Themes" group. This will apply a set of coordinated colors, fonts, and
effects to the slides. You can also use the options in the "Slide Layout" group to apply a
specific layout to a selected slide, or the options in the "Background" group to apply a
background style to the slides.

To insert a header and footer on a PowerPoint presentation, follow
these steps:

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation and click the "Insert" tab in the ribbon.

2. In the "Text" group, click the "Header & Footer" button. This will open the "Header &
Footer" dialog box.

3. In the "Header & Footer" dialog box, select the options that you want to include in the

in the footer, or the file name and slide number in the header. You can also use the "Custom
Footer" and "Custom Header" fields to type custom text or insert a picture or other object in
the header or footer.

4. To apply the header and footer to all the slides in the presentation, select the "All slides"
option in the "Apply to" drop-down list. If you only want to apply the header and footer to a
specific slide or range of slides, select the "Current slide" or "Selected slides" option instead.

5. When you're finished configuring the header and footer, click the "Apply" button to close
the "Header & Footer" dialog box. The header and footer will be added to the slides in the
presentation.

To create a photo album in PowerPoint, follow these steps:
1. Open the PowerPoint presentation and go to the slide where you want to insert the
photo album.

2. Click the "Insert" tab in the ribbon and then click the "Photo Album" button in the
"Illustrations" group. This will open the "Photo Album" dialog box.

3. In the "Photo Album" dialog box, click the "File/Disk" button to browse for the

photos that you want to include in the album. Navigate to the folder where the photos

are stored and select the photos. Then, click the "Insert" button. The photos will be

added to the album.

4. To customize the appearance of the photo album, use the options in the "Photo Album"
dialog box. For example, you can choose a layout for the album, a design for the picture
frames, and a caption style for the photo captions. You can also use the options in the "Edit
Photo Album" group to rearrange, delete, or add captions to the photos.

"Photo Album" dialog box. The photo album will be inserted on the slide as a single object.

To create a PowerPoint presentation on product details, with a first
slide that consists of image hyperlinks that navigate to detail slides,
follow these steps:

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation and click the "Home" tab in the ribbon.

2. In the "Slides" group, click the "New Slide" button. This will insert a new slide at the end
of the presentation.

3. To insert images on the slide, click the "Insert" tab in the ribbon and then click the
"Picture" button in the "Illustrations" group. This will open the "Insert Picture" dialog box.

4. In the "Insert Picture" dialog box, navigate to the folder where the images are stored and
select the images that you want to insert. Then, click the "Insert" button. The images will be
inserted on the slide.

5. To create hyperlinks for the images, right-click on an image and choose "Hyperlink" from
the context menu. This will open the "Insert Hyperlink" dialog box.

6. In the "Insert Hyperlink" dialog box, choose the "Place in This Document" option in the
"Link to" section. Then, select the detail slide that you want to link to from the list of slides.
You can use the "Text to display" field to enter a descriptive text for the hyperlink. When
you're finished, click the "OK" button to close.
