Q-1 Tell me something about yourself.

Ans:- Hi and Good Morning to all. My name is Saurabh Bisht. I am a Computer


Engineering undergraduate student from Maharaja Agrasen College. I have a deep interest in
Development and I have made 3 projects using react, nodeJS and javascript.

I have a 4 star with 15+ Badges in LeetCode and I have solved 800+ coding questions in GFG. I
have done 4 months of internship in Coding Ninjas as a Teaching assistant in DSA and 6 month of
internship in Pepcoding as a Teaching Assistant in Web Development.

In my core subjects I have an excellence certificate in DBMS and I solved 100+ SQL queries
in Coding Ninjas Platform. At last I would say that I wish to use my technical acumen to
contribute to a team that works at a scale and create a positive impact on society. One thing
that charge me anytime is Cooking. I just love cooking and its my favourite hobby.

Q-2 Why should I hire you?


Ans:- As a software developer/web developer, 4 skills are supposed to be essential,
Problem Solving ability, Excellent Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithm, Core Subjects like
DMBS, OS and Communication skill. I m pretty confident that I acquired these skills during my
certified college time and after in doing 3 independent projects. So I believe this job role is a right
fit to me.
Apart from my technical skill I also improved my soft skill over these years and These skills make
it easier to form a Healthy Working Environment

Q-3 Your Strength?


Ans:- My strength includes my Collaborative approach to work. I strongly believe that a
team can achieve brilliant things when they support each other, when they are respectful of
everyone’s opinion and Contribution.
Perhaps my biggest strength is punctuality and loyalty and this is our DNA since
I belong to an army family and we strongly know the importance of time and you can relay on me
to always be a positive role model when representing your company.

Q-4 Your Weakness?


Ans:- My weakness is my fear of public speaking however I am trying to improve in this area and I
recently enrol a course of public speaking by Ankur Warikoo and there I learn what are the
possible steps we need to remember.
Listening Skill, Writing Skill, Record your voice and most Important Never say no when you get
an opportunity to talk in public.

Q-5 Why do you want to work in our company?


Ans:-I want to work here because having carried out lot of research, this Company has
an impressive track record of achievements and I want to work somewhere that is constantly
innovating and improving. I also want to work in an environment that is
positive, progressive and productive, and I Strongly believe, I will get that working for your
company.

Q-6 What are your carrier goals?


Ans:- My short -term goal is to join a reputed company like yours where my job role
would allow me to apply my knowledge and key strength. I want to build a long term carrier with
your company, and I believe I can eventually progress to a higher level Finally, another one of my
carrier goal is that I want to expand my professional network and I plan to build a strong and
helpful network that enables me to achieve the objectives set by my employer.
