I choose to work in bharti AXA life insurance. During this internship I
have learnt many new skills. Before internship I have only theoretical
knowledge about work in organization but now I have practical
experience of working in organization. Now I have knowledge about the
organization’s working environment and how organizations work and
achieve their goals and objectives.

This internship has to gives me the understanding of business and also


about the elements of strategic thinking, planning and implementation,
and how these things are applied in a real world organization

FIRST DAY AT BHARTI AXA life
insurance
On my first day at BHARTI AXA Life Insurance, I was introduced to the
marketing and sales team and given a brief orientation about the

My mentor, who is a senior member of the marketing and sales team


and who would be guiding me through my internship, gave me an
overview of my internship program and explained the goals and
objectives of the program.

I was then given a tour of the company's office and introduced to


some of the key personnel in various departments, including
customer service, product development, and underwriting. This gave
me a sense of how different departments work together to achieve
the company's goals.

After the tour, I attended a training session where I was introduced to

Additionally, I learned about the importance of building relationships
with customers and providing excellent customer service.

FIRST WEEK AT BHARTI AXA LIFE
INSURANCE

During my first week at BHARTI AXA Life Insurance, I was introduced


to various aspects of marketing and sales in the insurance industry. I
was given a chance to observe the work of the marketing and sales
team and learn from experienced professionals in the field.

In the first few days of the week, I attended training sessions where I
learned about various aspects of insurance products, their features,
and how to market them to potential customers. I also learned about
the importance of understanding customers' needs and tailoring
sales pitches to meet those needs.

Later in the week, I had the opportunity to accompany the sales team
on their customer visits. During these visits, I observed how the sales
team interacted with customers, identified their needs, and offered
them tailored insurance solutions.

In addition, I was assigned to a marketing research project where I


had to collect data on customer preferences and analyze it to identify
trends and opportunities for the company. This project allowed me to
apply the marketing concepts I had learned in the training sessions to

SECON WEEK AT BHARTI AXA
LIFE INSURANCE
During my second week at BHARTI AXA Life Insurance, I continued to
learn about various aspects of marketing and sales in the insurance
industry. I was given additional responsibilities and had the
opportunity to work on several projects.

In the first few days of the week, I worked on a project to develop a


new marketing strategy for one of the company's insurance products.
This project required me to research and analyze customer
preferences and behavior, identify market trends, and develop a
comprehensive marketing plan.

Later in the second week, I was assigned to work on a social media


campaign to promote the company's insurance products. I had to
create engaging social media content, manage the company's social
media accounts, and monitor customer feedback.

In addition, I had the opportunity to attend meetings with senior
