Problems faced by METRO DRIVING SCHOOL

1. Do not have a systematic way of keeping track of the driving


students’ data.

2. The fee calculation is done by hand, in other words manually and


would be prone to calculation mistakes.

3. The driving categories are not sorted accordingly and are listed
together randomly and unsystematically.

4. Some driving students who come first are appointed their schedule
much later than the people who come after them which is unfair.

Process included in the system

1. SEARCH - search the data of the driving students

2. SUM – to calculate the fees of the driving students according to


their categories.

3. SORT – sort the students names ascendingly based on their class


category.

4. QUEUE - to give the driving students who register first the priority
of having the upmost earliest class vacancy.
