present in the NCBSSH because it emphasizes student-centeredness and parent/community
involvement or partnership. Also the NCBSSH doesn't have a Managing school resources and
systems, where it is important that the school head should know how to manage financial resources
manage learning environments and manage systems and producers

The Southeast Asian Competencies for School Heads doesn't have Developing & Communicating
Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives (VMGO). The present domains in NCBSSH that is not present in
the Southeast Asian Competencies is Human Resource Management especially in recruitment and
hiring.
