Challenge of IEPP project

1.The companies will agree to employ the graduates after six months on job training if they will
perform well but in the meantime they will hiring the other from outside rather than practicers.
@ They hire based on relative who are not qualified on job training.
@ Special they give priority to broker to recruit the people.
2.The graduates are not satisfied with companies salaries strategy system.
@Some companies employees salaries is 1200 birr
3.The micro credit and saving office is not supporting the graduates to borrow the money from
their office.
4.The COC bureau is not giving the COC exam to interns to certify them and giving certificate to
graduates.
@ The graduates are not giving the certificate because there are not satisfied with COC exam.
@ The companies are not satisfication certificate to Graduates.

Role of stakeholders
For private company
They should evaluate the graduates like as their own staff
They should give them high priority of getting recruitment in theirs company.
The companies should collaborate with OPTC in the enrollment system and implementation
For the government sector
They should help the OPTC in areas where the graduates are finishing the on job training is
unable to
