Worker : Hi, welcome to Royal Meow Pet Shop. Can I help you, miss?
Customer : Hi, thank you for asking. I have a British short-hair cat and would
like to know if there any suggestions of cat’s food that you would like to
recommend?
Worker : If you do not mind, how old is your cat?
Customer : I think around six or seven months old.
Worker : I would like to suggest a product from Calibra. This product very
suitable for the kittens that are up to 12 months.
Customer : May I know some of the benefits of this product?
Worker : It is specially made for the kittens to help their digestive health, give
nutritional needs and reduce the severity of the dental disease.
Customer : Interesting. Do you have any recommendation for fur treatment?
Worker : I think it is a good idea if you try the Spot-on products. Spot-on
product basically help their hair growth and get a silky hair.
Customer : I see… By the way, does this pet shop provide a grooming service
for the kittens? Can I know how much it would be?
Worker : Yes, we have. The price depends on your cat’s needs. If I not
mistaken, your cat is a kitten, right? So the normal price for a kitten is Rm45 only.
Customer : Okay…Then I will give it a try. Where I can find the products?
Worker : The product is behind there, you can ask to our staff if you can not
find the product.

*the customer is searching for the products*

Customer : Excuse me, miss. I was not able to find even one of your staff.
Where are they go? I was having difficulty to find the products that you mentioned
just now.
Worker : I apologize for their behalf me. Let me show you.

At counter
*payment*

Worker : Is this all? The total is Rm200


Customer : Yes. I will buy this products. I do have some complaints about your
shop. This pet shop are not arranged properly. This make it is very difficult for the
customer to buy their needs. And I realize that some animal’s foods are expected
to expire within a few weeks.
Worker : Thank you for your complaints. I will make sure to improve our
service and discipline our staffs. Thank you for coming.
Customer : You are welcome.

One month later

Worker : Hi, welcome to Royal Meow Pet Shop.


Customer : Hi, nice to meet you again. I come here to drop my cat for the
grooming session and buy Calibra kitten’s food. It is good to inform you that my
cat really love the food that you recommend. Thank you for giving me a such a
good recommendation.
Worker : It is a big pleasure to help you out miss.
Customer : I remember that I also buy the fur treatment. Unfortunately, it less
effective to my cat even thought I apply it by follow the instructions. I kind of
disappointed because the price were high so I thought it will be effective.
Worker : I think your cat could not adapt with the product. To make up for my
mistakes, I will give a affiliate treatment to your cat when the grooming session
start to give a soft and smooth fur.
Customer : Thank you so much.
Worker : My pleasure. It is very nice to have a business with you.
