Very conservative approach to simple problem.

Any needed parameters not listed, feel free

to assume /make up.

Shell:
Inner diameter : Di = 96.5mm
Outer diameter : Do = 98.4mm
Length: L= 260mm
Hot fluid (vapour) flow: HFE-7100 flows in with saturation temperature of 61 degrees
Celsius

Helical Tube:
Outer diameter: do = 8.2mm
Inner diameter: di = 7mm
Thickness: t= 0.0006m
(Shell) Hydraulic diameter: dh= 87.2mm
Pitch: Pt= 10.7mm
No of turns: N = 12
Height of Coil: H = 226.3mm
Coolant flow: Water flows in at 20 degrees Celsius and flows out at 30 degrees Celsius

Task:
a. Create ANSYS temperature profile/contour
b. Separately provide the following:
1. Provide zipped CAD model
2. Provide zipped ANSYS model
3. Provide 2x images/screenshots/views of outer CAD shell and tube assembly
4. Provide 2x images/screenshots/views of CAD Inner helical tube
5. Provide 2x images/screenshots/views of ANSYS results
