Sagip Ilog Project

Description
Sagip Ilog Project aims to clean the ilog in Laurel 2 times a month.As a manifestation of
its support and commitment in the clean and green program of the municipality of
Cordon.Sagip Ilong Project will be implemented to prevent the dirty river that causes the
following problem;
- Pagbaha
- Mabaho o Maduming hangin
- Maduming Tubig
- Pagkakaroon ng madaming sakit dahil sa maduming ilog tulad ng dengue.

Objectives
- To prevent flooding
- To save the river from pollution
- To maintain cleanliness in the sorroundings of the river
- To promote local tourism
- To support the programs of the Brgy.
