I. INTRODUCTION
II. OBJECTIVES
1. To rehabilitate at least 85% of severely wasted (SW) and wasted (W) beneficiaries
to normal.
2. To help children develop their health and nutrition values, and behaviors.
3. To sustain the SBFP nutrition program by monitoring the weight of the
beneficiaries.
III. ACCOMPLISHMET
Despite the pandemic and children not studying face to face classes, the school
implemented the SBFP. 214 province SBFP recipients and indigent pupils, 256kinder
children were chosen to participate in the program
Parents were informed about the program and how they claim their food packs bread
with milk bar each week. The food packs were delivered to the school.
The school followed the health protocol standard when claiming the feeding
supplies. Parents were grateful for the program because their children continue to
receive their substantial package that benefits the feeding program.
Despite the current pandemic, the school feeding coordinator and some teachers
distributed to feeding supplies with patience.
IV. PROBLEM
1. Some parents do not come to school to pick up SBFP food packs.
2. Delay in budget release for the supplies.
