Greetings !

Please be informed that the PTM for class IX & XI is scheduled on Friday, 31st March 2023 from
8:15am to 10:15am.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO FILL THE FOLLOWING RENEWAL FORM EITHER


THROUGH ECMS PARENT APP OR DESKTOP/ LAPTOP THROUGH THE LINK
MENTIONED BELOW, BEFORE YOU COME FOR THE PTM:

If the renewal form for the session 2023-24 is not filled, the renewal and the fee will not be
accepted.

We urge you to come prepared with the Post Dated Cheques of the school fee
for the session 2023-24.

Important Note:

 All the four installment cheques with the filled Cheque Format should be deposited on
the day of PTM. Format will be provided. Kindly mention the Enrollment number, Name
of the student, class and your contact no. on the other side of each cheque.
 Only CTS -2010 cheques will be accepted.
 All the cheques (A/C payee) should be issued in favour of “MPS International ” payable at
Jaipur.
 Parents have the option to deposit the School fees in advance for the whole year by single
cheque.
 The Management reserves the right to revise any policy/fee at any time before and during
the academic session and also reserves right to cancel the admission if the fee is not
deposited in time.
 School will not be responsible for any mistakes in cheque . Please check the same
before submission. Cheques with any kind of alterations or corrections will not be
accepted.
 If the cheque is returned from bank due to any reason, the applicable charges i.e. Rs.
200.00 will be charged in case of cheque bounce/dishonour. Re-Admission fee Rs. 1,000
will be charged if the fee is not deposited in scheduled month.
 There is NO facility to pay through NEFT/RTGS.
 You are requested to preserve the fee receipt of your ward to avoid any inconvenience. Also
please make a note that Duplicate Fee receipt will not be issued.
 Mode of payment for the school fee- CASH/CHEQUE/UPI/ECMS PARENT APP.
 The new session will begin from Tuesday, 4th April 2023. The timings for the students
will be as follows:
- Class I to V - 8:15am to 2:05pm
-Class VI to X- 8:15am to 2:20 pm
-Class XI & XII- 8:15am to 1:00pm.
 KINDLY NOTE THAT, HALF DAY LEAVES ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED IN
THE SCHOOL. DO NOT SEND YOUR WARD TO SCHOOL IF HE/SHE IS UNWELL.
 Last working day of every month is a half day and Second Saturday is a holiday for
students.
 Looking into the school decorum, you are requested to come to school in a proper attire,
when you come to school to pick & drop your ward.
