Minutes of the regular session of the SK Barangay Council of Tubod, Minglanilla, Cebu held on April 10, 2022, 7
pm in the evening at Tubod Barangay Hall.

PRESENTS:

Hon.Juffelson Bastida SK Councilor
Hon. Liza Lee Selma SK Councilor
Hon. Arnet Deiparine SK Councilor
Hon. Lore Mae Mañacap SK Councilor
Hon. Jiggy Fernandez SK Councilor
Hon. Erica Jean Monreal SK Councilor

I. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was call to order at 10 o’clock in the morning by the SK
Chairman Hon. Mae Dianne Deiparine.
II. INVOCATION: a short prayer was led by SK Councilor Juffelson Bastida
III. PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM
IV. READING OF THE MINUTES: SK Councilors read the minutes and interacted/suggested
afterward.
V. BUSINESS CALENDAR
A. Suggestions/Programs
A.1 Councilors approved the program for upcoming fiesta which is the Singing Contest, Drama, Dance
Contest and Variety Show.
B. Clarifications/Request
B1. SK Councilor Lore Mae Mañacap clarifies that the singing contest and dance contest will be open for all
participants outside Barangay Tubod.
VI. ADJOURMENT: The meeting was adjourned by Hon. Arnet Deiparine duly seconded by
Hon. Jiggy Fernandez.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
