Financial Plan

GCash is the number one finance app in the Philippines. With a population of more than 100 million
people, the Philippines is more economically resilient that anticipates risk and build responsive capability
amid the pandemic, and among the drivers of this resiliency is its shift towards digital payments.
Consumers and businesses have embraced digital services, while the country's government has adopted
it in varying levels. With that, the company leading this digital revolution is GCash. Historically, financial
services in the Philippines have a high barrier to entry, requiring multiple physical documents to apply,
minimum balances, fees, and credit history. Filipinos have found it more convenient to shift to GCash for
their financial needs: Thanks to GCash's convenient application and overall ease-of-use, many more
Filipinos are now banked, now insured, have investments, and can access credit readily.

GCash is a Philippine mobile payments service owned by Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc. (doing business
as Mynt), and operated by G-Xchange, Inc. Mynt is a joint venture between  Ant Group, an affiliate
company of the Alibaba Group who operates Alipay, the world's leading mobile and online payments
platform; Ayala Corporation, one of the Philippines' largest and oldest business conglomerates; and telco
giant Globe Group, through its corporate venture builder, 917Ventures.

Along with the said financial resources of GCash, it transforms the mobile phone into a virtual wallet for
secure, fast, and convenient money transfer. GCash can be used to buy prepaid load, pay bills, send
money, make donations, shop online, and even purchase goods without the need for any cash.
