i. Detailed Bidding Documents can be purchased on submission of a written


application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR.1,000/- (cash)
from the office of undersigned on any working day during office hours. No
documents will be sold on the date of tender submission.

ii. NTC may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid
or proposal. NTC shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor
who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or
proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
