Dear David,

I am so happy to know that you want to spend a two-week holiday in my

region, Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. How are you? I hope you are all fine. I
am so sorry for not writing to you for so long because I have been so busy
these days. I have been working hard for the coming plan/project.

When you come to Vietnam, you can stay with my family. My house is big
and beautiful. It is in the city center. My parents are friendly and kind. They
are excited to see you. Or if you want to stay in a hotel, you can stay in Hoa
Hong Hotel which is a 5 – star hotel. It is near my house so it is convenient
for travelling. Here you should visit some places like HCM museum, Hoan
Kiem Lake, and One-Pilar Pagoda. It is winter in Hanoi now. The weather is
very cold so you should bring warm clothes. I hope you will have a nice time
in Hanoi.

I am looking forward to hearing from you. See you later/soon.

Love.

Dear John,

It is great to hear that you are planning a holiday in Hanoi! I am sure you will
love it here and I am more than happy to help you with your trip.

Regarding accommodation, I would be happy to help you find a place to stay.

There are many options available, from hotels to homestays, and I am sure
we can find something that fits your budget and needs.

In terms of things to do, there is no shortage of activities in our region. You

can visit local attractions such as Van Mieu , HCM Museum or go for a walk
round Guom Lake. There are also many local events and festivals happening
during the time of your visit, which I highly recommend you check out.

As for what to wear, the weather in our region during the time of your visit is
usually cool. It is best to bring comfortable clothing, including light layers for
cooler days and a waterproof jacket for any rain. You may also want to bring
comfortable shoes for exploring the area.

I look forward to hearing back from you and helping to make your holiday a
memorable one!

Take care,
