WIOA Youth Learn and Earn Work Experience Program

The Work Experience Program is a partnership between employers and NNLC to provide 100% reimbursed work experience for up to 12 weeks for youth participants. Employers will hire youth candidates through their regular process and provide a job description. NNLC will support candidates through resume assistance and the hiring process, and will provide supportive services to participants like transportation assistance. The goal is for employers to build their local workforce through this program.
