Be the first to ask a question! For additional help on the GE Carescape R860, check out the device's troubleshooting page. The CARESCAPE R860 combines sophisticated
technology and an intuitive user interface. Icons represent configurable views of past (historical trends), present (patient status), and future patient needs (clinical decision support). The ventilator consists of a display, ventilator unit, cart with AC outlet (optional), EVair compressor (optional), and module bay with gas module (optional). A wide
selection of performance options give the user full control of the system configuration. This ventilator is a complete system featuring patient ventilation, monitoring, and the capability of interfacing with central monitoring. Full touchscreen capability allows the user to quickly and easily access patient information and procedures. This ventilator
supports adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
The basic ventilator is equipped with adult and pediatric patient type software. The neonatal software option can be added or the ventilator can be set to enable the Neonatal-Only option. When the Neonatal-Only option is set, the ventilator is only intended to be used for neonatal patients and will not be able to enter the adult or pediatric patient
types.
This ventilator comes with standard ventilation modes as well as a purchasable neonatal patient option, ventilation modes, and clinical decision support features. familiar the first time you use it. Through hours of observational research and leveraging swipe screen touchscreen technology, weve designed a more human-centered user interface. By replacing menus with workspace views, the CARESCAPE R860 has flattened the learning curve and unlocked ventilation capabilities by making them more
accessible and easier to use. The end goal has always been to provide a clearer window to your patients. Through useful data to support clinical decisions and convenient workspaces that can be customized for each patient, you can confidently provide a logical path to Lung Protection. Its nice to see a familiar interface MENU-FREE NAVIGATION The
user interface on the CARESCAPE R860 represents a leap forward in our touchscreen technology.
Intuitively organized and easily accessible, relevant clinical content and therapy controls are not buried in menus, they are at your fingertips.
The user interface on the CARESCAPE R860 puts you in the director's chair through graphically dynamic views. From simple parameters and waveforms to robust clinical displays and historical trends, theres a view to help to suit your needs. Choose your view, youre the director With the CARESCAPE R860 user interface we have enabled you to
freely switch between workspaces with either a single button touch or swipe from past on the left to future on the right to monitor your patient trends and access your Lung Protection tools. Travel through time with a single touch THE WORKSPACES From these workspaces, users can swipe and scroll to transport them wherever they want to go to
