Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to request permission from your good office to use the Andres
Clemente Jr. National High School football field on May 12-14, 2023 for the Apol's
Cup Football Open Tournament.

Our tournament is an annual event that brings together teams from various schools
and communities to compete in a friendly and competitive atmosphere. We
anticipate that the tournament will attract a significant number of participants and
spectators, and we believe that the Andres Clemente Jr. National High School football
field is an ideal venue for our event.

We would like to request access to the football field for the entire duration of the
tournament, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on each of the three days. Rest assured that
the cleanliness of the surroundings is always our priority before, during and after our
event.

We understand that the use of the football field is subject to availability and
scheduling, and we would be happy to work with you to find a mutually convenient
time for the tournament.
