SCHEDULE

Tuesday 7.30 PM WIB / 8.30 PM SGT (live lesson with Tania)


Thursday 7.30 PM WIB / 8.30 PM SGT (live lesson with Tania)
Saturday 7.30 PM WIB / 8.30 PM SGT (learning VA skills with
guest mentors) for Pro or VIP Package students only

You will get some tasks in every lesson which need good
attention to finish. You can re-watch the recorded lesson
as well to get a better understanding of the material given

Time Management
By having good time
management. you will not be
overwhelmed between course
tasks and other work. Especially
for those who have full-time jobs
or a mother who has to do
household and take care of their
child, time management is very
important.
Student Advisor (SA) Info

Student Advisor (SA) will help to assist


students in this course. They will help to
assist small groups of students, so you
can drop your question in a small group
and the SA will help to answer it. SA will
be responsible for handling your task
submission as well.

Student Advisor contactable hours will


be on:

Monday-Saturday
08:00-10:00 JKT and 19:00-22:00 JKT.
(9-11 AM SGT and 8-11 PM SGT)
For any urgent matters, you can put the
word “URGENT” at the beginning of
your chat to notify the Student Advisor.
Daily Report

Daily report is a brief report


containing these items :
What did I do today?
What is my plan for
tomorrow?
What can I do better?
You need to send a daily report
everyday before the end of the
day - 11.59 PM if you want to earn
points.

The Task Submission

You need to submit your tasks for every lesson in the


Google Classroom that has been assigned to you. If you
want to earn points, try to submit before the deadline.

Point System

You will get your full points if you submit your


task according to the assignment in the Official
group and submit before the deadline.
For some tasks like this → “Submit 5 screenshots
when you tell your friends/family that you are a
VA”, we will count prorated points if you don’t
submit the amount completely.

At the end of the course we will have 2


individual winners and each of them will get a
reward.

If you don't want to follow the


point system, it's completely
okay. Points will not determine
the outcome after completing
this course, it doesn't affect
whether you are going to be a
successful VA or not
