1 Whether concreting is being done at alternate bays

2 Check for slump of the concrete being poured. Is it as specified? (write in mm)

3 Ensure proper vibration & compaction of concrete by using Surface Vibrator?

4 Ensure top level of concrete surface ? (write TOC)

5 Check for placing & spreading of filter layer. Is it OK ?

6 Check for vacuum dewatering.

7 Check for application of Surface Hardner as per approved make.

8 Check for Power float finish.
