Aggrieved by the information furnished, which are not correct and quite
contrary to the physical features.

1) In fact the GHMC authorities has provided the GHMC PT online

database, the Assessment History copy enclosed along with the order copy
Dated 17-03-2023 which is showing the Tax Assessment date and with
effected Date as 01-JAN-1900 in the payment details table cheque date is
shown as 01-JAN-1900 which is suspicious due to incorrect year mention in
the table. The details provided by the GHMC are not clear and correct.

2) PIO & Deputy Commissioner has not answer the Sl.No 2 in which the
appellant request for date of allotment of H.No:13-6-27/A Kulsumpura,
karwan hyderabad but it is no where mentioned in the order.

3) PIO & Deputy Commissioner has not answer the Sl.No.3 and given the
reason as Manual record not traced. if the records are not maintained by the
GHMC authorities properly than who is responsible for this act. and it's not the
mere excuse to refuse the information sought by the appellant.

4) PIO & Deputy Commissioner has not answer the Sl.No.4 and not even
mention the reason of not providing the details of Building permission given to
H.No.13-6-27/A.

(v) Prayer or relief sought:

To provide the proper information sought by the appellant under RTI
Act. with full and proper details. it is suspected that GHMC has altered the
records due to the year of record is shown as 1900 request to take an
appropriate action against the authorities who has altered the data and instruct
to issue the records. kindly instruct the PIO & Deputy Comissioner of Circle
13, karwan, hyderabad GHMC to answer the Sl.No 2 to 4 along with the
sketch plan of the building permission given to the H.No.13-6-27/A in the
interest of justice. if information is provided no prejudice will cause to the
GHMC.

the full details rather providing the information sought by the appellant.
GHMC has provided the GHMC PT online Database which is not clear and
correct. it shows the year of Payment of Cheque as 1900. The information
furnished are not true and correct. The appeal is filed within (30) days from
the date of order. The requisite fee by way of Court fee stamp of Rs.10/- is
enclosed.

Therefore, it is prayed to take immediate action in the matter in the

interest of justice.

(iv) Brief facts leading to the appeal:-

Aggrieved by the non furnishing of information. The appellant has no

other option except to approach the first Appellant authority. The officers of
GHMC are colluded with the encroachers and not taken action against the

encroachers who is having the support of politicians and on behest of the

political leaders they had encroach the Government land and Road which
creates the great difficulty to the local public. Though the GHMC officers
inspected the site but not taken any action against the encroachers. When the
appellant sought for the information under the RTI Act to take legal action
against the encroachers as per the law of land. The officers ignored the
application to avoid any legal action against the encroachers which is abuse of
law and power

application only to protect the encroachers. I request the GHMC Senior
officials to take a serious note and provide the information sought by the
appellant to approach the court of law against the encroachers for the interest
of justice.

officials. The GHMC has not furnish the detail only to protect the encroachers

Aggrieved by the non furnishing of information. The appellant has no

other option except to approach the first Appellant authority.

1) In fact the PIO has not provided the details and action taken report against
the complaint registered dated 22-10-2023 by Afzaluddin Faroqui. The waqf
land of Masjid E Kalan(Masjid E kulsumpura) is under encroachment by
unsocial elements by creating the forged registered documents. the notices has

been issued to the encroachers but no action has been taken against them by
seeing this opportunity some more land grabber has created the registered
documents by showing masjid e kalan land as their private land. complainant
requested the waqf board to take an action against them but till date no action
is taken against the encroacher.

2) The appellant request for Site map, Survey report , Extent and sketch
map of Masjid E Kalan ( Masjid E Kulsumpura). The PIO has not provided the
details of the same.

3) The appellant request for the details of allocation of development funds

and work related to mosque but the PIO has not provided the details of the
funds. The mosque is in dilapidated condition and it requires urgent repair and
renewals the month of ramzan is going on and next is rainy season. in the rainy
season the roof of the mosque is dripping.

4) The appellant request for the details of approval given for construction
under the land of mosque but the PIO has not provided the details of the same.
many construction works are underway in the land of mosque and many
tenants are demolishing the kamans of mosque and doing new construction
which reduces the beauty and charm of the mosque . it is an heritage of india
and telangana. it is an responsibility of the waqf board to protect such illegal
constructions on the land of mosque

to approach the court of law against the encroachers who are doing illegal
construction on the masjid land so i request to provide the above details of the
masjid e kalan (Masjid E Kulsumpura) for the interest of justice.

misguiding the department though the Kamans (Archs) of the masjid is
demolished and shop tenants has developed new shops by encroaching the
extra area allotted to them. still construction is going on in and around the
masjid the photograph of new construction and ongoing construction is
attached for the reference no action is taken on the illegal activities by the
department. The Water Well shown in the sketch map is fill with the debris of
Kamans (Archs) demolished by the tenants. kindly take the strict action against
the staff who has submitted the false report to the department and kindly serve
the details of the masjid to te appellant as soon as possible in the interest of
justice. if information is provided no prejudice will cause to the masjid.

The appellant has requested for the information related to Kulsumpura

Masjid (Masjid E Kalan), Kulsumpura, Karwan Dated 22-02-2023 but The
department has not shared the full and proper details. The answer for the first
questions is false and report is not shared with appellant. It shows that the staff
of Department of Heritage of Telangana is colluded with the encroachers and
not furnishing the correct details to the department as well as appellant. The
Kamans of Masjid which is an part an parcel of the old Heritage Mosque is
demolished and new shops been constructed without taking prior permission
from the Department of Heritage of Telangana. If any work would be done in
presence of Department of Heritage there is an possibilty that we can discover
many valuable items of the history. First of all demolishing of kamans has
effected the beauty of Masjid still if any development work required the
permission to be sought by the Waqf Board as well as Department of Heritage.
I request the First Appellate Authority to take strict action against the Staff and
the Tenants who are demolishing the kamans (Archs) of masjid as per the law
related to the Heritage. The appeal is filed within (30) days from the date of
order. The requisite fee by way of Court fee stamp of Rs.10/- is enclosed.
