Aggrieved by the non furnishing of information. The appellant has no


other option except to approach the first Appellant authority. The officers of
GHMC has not provided the details of Building permission and Occupancy
certificate issued to H.No.13-6-27/1 kulsumpura village, karwan,Hyd (GHMC)

RTI Act.

The appellant has requested for the information related to of Building


permission and Occupancy certificate issued to H.No.13-6-27/1 kulsumpura
village karwan hyderabad. The appeal is filed within (30) days from the date of
completing the 30 days of Application. The requisite fee by way of Court fee
stamp of Rs.10/- is enclosed.

Therefore, it is prayed to take immediate action in the matter in the


interest of justice.
