PART-TIME STUDENTS
IMPORTANT:
 Completion of this form is NOT an invitation to the Graduation Ceremony;
 This is a notice to the Faculty that you are on the verge of completing the requirements for the award;
 You will receive a formal invitation to the Graduation Ceremony should you qualify to graduate.
UPCOMING GRADUATION
 This form is to be completed by students who are expecting to obtain a certificate, diploma or degree in the upcoming
graduation.
 Students who do not complete the form and return it to the nearest Campus may not graduate as expected and will have to
wait for the next graduation ceremony.
 This form must be returned/submitted to the Faculty Officer, before 21 July 2022 for the September Graduation 2022.
 Please check by 20 August 2022 whether the Annual Result code has been updated on your Academic Record to indicate an
award (via the Student Portal).
 You may only contact your FACULTY OFFICER if your Annual Result code is not updated.
