Greetings in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ!

The City of Ilagan Medical Center (CIMC) would like to extend its warmest greetings to you as
the newly installed Regional Director of the Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development.

CIMC is a level 1 hospital with 71 beds capacity, located at Brgy Lullutan, City of Ilagan,
Isabela. The Medical center was established to deliver high quality healthcare to all Ilagueños
as well as those in the neighboring towns. CIMC provides medical services and medicines at a
price lower than most of other Health Care Facility in the province.

CIMC would like to take this opportunity to request from your good office the need of our
hospital for additional manpower to augment the present number of staff the Nursing Service
Department. At this juncture, may we request Ten (10) J.O Nurses to be deployed here at
CIMC.
