CHALLENGE:
Design from prototypes complete manufacturing
solutions for complex control panels, a
ruggedized computer system, and a PTZ Camera
Assembly for Anduril’s Sentry Tower System.
Anduril needed local overmolding and assembly
capabilities to guarantee quality and efficiency in
transportation.

SOLUTION:
Collaborate with Anduril Engineers to provide
complete drawing packages, work instructions,
assembly aides and the design and completion of
lean assembly stations. The project included lean
implementation of the supply chain, material flow,
test, packaging, and shipment.

OUTCOME
Each unique project was completed on time, the programs were transitioned from consigned inventory to turn-
key and the builds continue utilizing lean manufacturing processes.

Due to our proximity to Anduril, our verticality, and 100% U.S. based overmolding and assembly we have earned
more of their business and have become a trusted partner.
