Installation Process of MS VISIO

1. Open the download section of VULMS and download three zip files by the
name of MS Visio 2007 part1.rar, MS Visio 2007 part2.rar, MS Visio 2007
part3.rar (see Figure 1)

2. Extract these files, then one folder by the name of MS VISIO 2007 will be
appeared (see Figure 2)

3. Open the MS VISIO 2007 folder and click on setup ,Enter your Product
key ,product key is reside on SN note pad (see Figure 3 and Figure 4) and
click “continue”

4. Tick the Terms and Condition and Click “Continue” (see Figure 5)

5. Click on Install now (see Figure 6 and Figure 7)

6. Installation has been completed and Click “Close”

How to Use MS Visio

Please follow the step by step process to use the MS VISIO

Step 1: Go to the Start Menu and select Program MS Visio and open a New Visio
drawing (see Figure 1)

Step 2: Open the file menu and select New then Move your cursor over “Flowchart”
and select “Data Flow Diagram” (see Figure 2)

Step 3: Select a shape from the Shapes menu and drag it to the workspace.

Step 4: On the toolbar, click the connector tool (See Figure 3). The connector tool
will appear highlighted, and will remain active until it is deselected. Double click on
connector and naming the line.

Step 5: Draw the Detailed Level Data Flow Diagram and paste on MS word (See
Figure 4)

Step 6: Read it detail tutorial of MS VISIO, please download .pdf file by the name of
“VISIO Tutorial “on download section of VULMS.
