REPORT SUMMARY
I. OBJECTIVES OF THE ACTIVITY:

1. Re-orient the BADACs on their roles, responsibilities and functions


2. Enhance BADACs technical knowledge and skills
3. Orient the BADACs on the indicators of the functionality assessment and the conduct of audit for CY
2021

II. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITY:


Pursuant to DDB Board Regulation No. 3, S. 2017 (Strengthening the Implementation of Barangay Drug
Clearing Program and DILG DDB Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2018-01 (Implementing Guidelines on the
Functionality and Effectiveness of Local Anti-Drug Abuse Councils, DILG issued the BADAC Functionality
Audit,

The BADAC Functionality Audit provides the standards and processes in monitoring and ensuring compliance
of the BADACs with the key functionality indicators.

III. OUTPUT/S OF THE ACTIVITY:

 All target BADACs were re-oriented on their roles, responsibilities and functions
 All target BADACs were reoriented on the indicators of the BADAC Functionality Assessment Audit,
