1 Format of the Report:
- As regulated by the guidance (font, page number, table 0.5 - max
of contents, tables, graphs,…)
- No spelling and typing mistakes; No reference mistakes; 0.5 – max
Clear wording, not ambiguous.
2 Content:
Introduction: Stating reasons for choosing the topic, 0.5 – max
approaches to the topic and how to solve the problems
arising (max: 01 page)
Chapter 1: Overview of the Company: History of 1,5– max
establishment and development (0,25pt); Field of
business (0,25pt); Organizational structure (0,25pt);
Personnel overview (0,25pt); Business/Financial
performance overview (0,5pt)
Chapter 2: Drawing the process/ Stating actual Situation 3,5 – max
(0,5pt); Analyzing Process (according a real
documentation)/Actual Situation (2,0 pt); Evaluation
(1pt). Updated statistics are required for the analysis and
evaluation. Statistics are required to be collected for at
least 02 years including the year of the Internship.
Chapter 3: Solutions and Recommendations: To be 1,0 – max
practical and specific and to be reliant on the analyzed
and evaluated results in Chapter 2
Conclusion: Briefly and concisely summarizing the entire 0.5 – max
content of the Report.
Professional Internship Diary: Sufficient information as 0.5 - max
prescribed, well perform the assigned tasks
