C8 Perforatrice idraulica

The C8 is at the top of the range of small bore drilling rigs produced by Casagrande. It is the natural extension to the firmly established C6 unit which has set standards for small bore drilling on construction sites throughout the world. Versatility The C8 is designed to tackle the larger project but ratains the same qualities of robustness and versatility of the C6. The C8 is generally used for constructing Anchors and Micropiles and is particulary sited to jet grouting; its long mast enables boreholes as deep as 27 m to be drilled with one pass drilling. A ring gear connects the rigs upper structure to the undercarriage, a concept which makes the machine highly manoeuvrable and makes setting up easy even on the most confined sites. Performance The powerful diesel engine mounted on the C8 enables a wide range of rotary heads, as well as twin rotary heads, to be mounted on its mast. The same heads can be fitted with hydraulic drifters for overburden drilling or with drill string chucks for one pass drilling. Options such as rod carousels, soundproofing, flushing pumps, etc. can also be accommodated on the rig. Safety The C8 is built safe, meeting or exceeding the stringent European Unions safety and health standards and is manufactured to comply with the ISO 9001 requirements on quality. Safety features include a number of emergency stop devices and protective barriers to all moving parts.

Una perforatrice sviluppata nello stile della gi affermata C6 che ha determinato gli standard per la piccola perforazione nei cantieri. Versatilit La C8 stata progettata per i lavori pi impegnativi ma mantiene le stesse caratteristiche di robustezza e versatilit della C6. La C8 viene normalmente utilizzata per la costruzione di tiranti e micropali ed particolarmente adatta al jet grouting; il mast lungo permette di perforare fino a 27 m con un passaggio unico. Una ralla collega la torretta della macchina al sottocarro, un concetto che la rende altamente manovrabile e facile da posizionare nei cantieri piccoli. Efficienza Il motore potente della C8 permette lapplicazione di una ampia gamma di teste di rotazione o di doppia testa. Le teste possono essere munite di martelli idraulici, per perforare i terreni sciolti, o con mandrini idraulici per la perforazione ad un unico passaggio. Si possono montare sulla C8 accessori quali caricatori aste, insonorizzazione, pompe per lo spurgo dei fori, ecc. Ergonomia e sicurezza La perforatrice C8 stata progettata tenendo conto della sicurezza delloperatore, dotandola di protezioni su tutte le parti in movimento e di dispositivi di sicurezza. Il suo realizzo secondo la norma ISO 9001 rispetta i requisiti essenziali di sicurezza e salute sul lavoro, secondo la direttiva Europea CE.
