There are no words to describe the fact that we were able to finish our assignment that have
been given by our lecturer and needless to say we are so grateful to the people that helped
us in getting through this assignment.
First of all, we would like to convey our thanks to Almighty God because with His blessing we
can go through and complete this assignment. Without His blessing, we can’t go this far in
completing this assignment.
Besides, we would like to express my heartfelt thanks to my Principles of Entrepreneurship
(ENT530) lecturer, Dr. Azyyati Anuar for giving us proper guidance in order to complete this
assignment. Without her guidance and support, this assignment would not have been possible
for us to finish properly.
On the other hand, a million thanks to all of our friends who are willing to help and share their
information and give us valuable suggestions and ideas to improve this assignment.
Furthermore, we would like to express our gratitude towards our parents who always prayed
for us and give their moral support and encouragement in completing this assignment.
Above all, we would like to thank everyone who is involved with this assignment directly and

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Toaster Man was founded by Muhammad Hazwan Aiman Bin Mat Rashid and Muhammad Ili
Aizzat Bin Mohamad Saad in October 2022. Our business offers food and beverages such as
peanut butter chocolate toast, sausage, and strawberry milk. The Lotus grocery in Sungai
Petani provides us with raw materials like bread, sausage, and peanut butter. Our target
clients are Merbok and Kedah residents, as well as students from Uitm, Merbok, and Kedah.
It was tough for us to enter the Merbok and Kedah markets at first because there were multiple
competitors selling food products comparable to ours, but our food products finally found a
place in the hearts of our customers. Following that, on October 17, 2022, we launched our
Facebook page, Toaster Man, which presently has 158 followers and 119 likes. In addition,
we have 8 teaser posts, 16 hard-sell methods, and 16 soft-sell methods on our Facebook
page. We also got a profit of Rm 349.10 Malaysian ringgit after several months of selling.
Finally, our ambition is to expand our business and make our consumers happy with our
peanut butter bread.

4.0 INTRODUCTION OF BUSINESS
Our company is known as Toaster Man. Because peanut butter chocolate toast is our main
product, we were driven to choose the name. We'll use a toaster to toast bread that has been
spread with peanut butter chocolate. As a result, we decided to put our first company's name
as Toaster. The second name, Man, was chosen since both of us, the founders of this
company, are males. Therefore, we gave our company the name Toaster Man. We registered
our business on MyENT on 23rd October 2022 and SSM on 7th December 2022. Since we both
started this business, we have registered it as a partnership and it doesn't have an actual store.
Our first product, peanut butter chocolate toast, was on sale for the first time on October 20,
2022, at Kolej Malinja UiTM Kedah.
We started off with only selling peanut butter chocolate toast, but we wanted to expand our
business by offering other products. We made the decision to start selling sausage and
strawberry milk on October 30, 2022. Students at UiTM Kedah and those living in Taman
Lembah Bujang are our target market. All three of our products are being successfully sold
inside UiTM Kedah and Taman Lembah Bujang with continued efforts. On top of that, we also
use the Facebook application to advertise and sell our products. In the first three months of
our sales, we generated a profit of RM 349.10.

The toaster man logo, which includes images of bread, chocolate, and peanut butter, indicates
that the company sells peanut butter chocolate toast. The term "breakfast meal" indicates that
our product is primarily focused on breakfast food, and bread is the greatest breakfast food.

4.2 ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
The partnership business type is what Toaster Man is registered as. This is because of the
fact that this company was founded by two people. Since only the company's founders perform
all work, our company has no employees. As a result, the founders of this company are the
only person listed on Toaster Man's organizational structure.

Vision
To bring joy to our customers by providing them with healthy and nutritious and delicious food
at a reasonable price.
Mission
Selling food that prevents customers from feeling hungry after eating. Therefore, gives them
more energy to go about their day without needing to spend more money.

4.4 Description of Product
To prepare our first product, which is peanut butter chocolate toast, we used Gardenia brand
bread and CED brand peanut butter chocolate. For one toast, two pieces of bread will be used,
and peanut butter chocolate will be put on both slices of bread. After that, we'll toast it in a
toaster for five minutes, and after toasting is complete, we'll package our product in a sandwich
container to sell to customers.
For the second product, we use A1 brand sausages to make fried sausages for our customers.
Before frying, we will let the sausage defrost to make the frying process easier. Two minutes
will be used to heat the oil. After the oil is hot, we put two to four sausages in the pan and fry
them until they are done. The sausage was then put in plastic. We sell two sausages in each
package, and if a customer buys two packages, they get a discount.
For our third product, we use strawberry-flavored Dutch Lady milk. We will put strawberry milk
in a plastic cup to give to our customers.
We offer free delivery to all of our customers, regardless of the product they purchase. Free
delivery is provided to customers living in the Taman Lembah Bujang area and inside UiTM.

We have set up a Facebook page as we begin our business. This is to promote our
product and service among Facebook users, especially those who are nearby our business
area, where we can then create awareness of our homemade peanut butter toast business.
Not only that, we are aware that people nowadays are more into going online, where
they can search for and find information easily. Therefore, creating a Facebook page is a good
medium to connect our business with our customers online. Toaster Man's Facebook page.
We had created Facebook posts such as teasers, soft sells, and hard sells with the related
businesses.

7.0 Conclusion
To summarize, we are appreciative for the excellent work in this portfolio. We face numerous
challenges in achieving these corporate objectives. Furthermore, from enrolling at SSM to
turning a profit, we have learned a lot about business and entrepreneurship. This business
course with the designation ENT 530 covers everything. This course taught us a lot,
particularly about hard and soft sell, which we had no idea existed.
Furthermore, this subject showed the need of including entrepreneurship information in the
course because it taught students how to conduct business on their own and build skills and
knowledge to construct their own unique business concepts. Entrepreneurship education also
encourages students to obtain entrepreneurial experience early on by starting their own small
businesses. As a result, we will expand this Toaster Man business to the next level to achieve
our vision and mission.
Last but not list, Finally, we are confident that this social media business will benefit us,
especially students who want to start a small business and earn extra money. We appreciate
the opportunity to learn how to run a small business on social media. We expect that in the
future, the Toaster Man business will be successful.
