PROBATIONARY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Probationary Employment Agreement is made and entered into as of 01st May 2023 by and between Lance
Leenard Tax and Accounting Services, a corporation with its principal place of business at Blk. 01, Lot 09 Royal
Square Protacio St., Pasay City, Philippines 1709 Atty. Lee Anne Therese Yabut, and Louise Leuterio.

Employment.
Employer hereby employs Employee as a Junior Officer/Business and Tax Advisory, Management for a
probationary period of 3 months, commencing on May 01,2023. This Agreement is conditional upon the
successful completion of the probationary period.

Duties and Responsibilities.


During the probationary period, Employee shall perform the duties and responsibilities of the position to the
best of their abilities and in accordance with Employer's policies and procedures.

Compensation.
Employee shall be compensated at a rate of 15,000.00/month during the probationary period. Employee will not
be entitled to certain benefits, such as paid vacation and sick leave, during the probationary period.

Termination.
Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause upon 30 days' written notice. If Employer determines,
in its sole discretion, that Employee's performance is unsatisfactory, Employer may terminate this Agreement
with immediate effect.

Evaluation.
Employer shall evaluate Employee's performance during the probationary period and shall make a decision
regarding Employee's employment status at the end of the probationary period. If Employer determines, in its
sole discretion, that Employee's performance is satisfactory, Employer may confirm Employee's employment
and provide Employee with the terms and conditions of their employment in writing.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure.


Employee shall maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and confidential
information belonging to the Employer and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the
prior written consent of the Employer.

Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Republic of the
Philippines.

Entire Agreement.
This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and
supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
