ISO TEST CONDITIONS.


This data is only valid for the test conditions specified and the
following test benches: HA3000/HA2500/HA1150/HA1100MkII/HA875
HA700/HA400/AVM/PGM
Test Fluid: ISO 4113 at 40 ± 2 °C
Injectors fitted with 0.5 mm orifice plates.
Nozzle Opening Pressure: 207 + 3 - 0 bar.
H.P. Pipes: 6 x 2 x 845 mm (ISO 4093.2).

PRE-TEST NOTES.
Fit cambox pressure gauge.
Minimum piston spring cap shim thickness 0.5 mm .
Additional shimming of ( 0 to 3.0 mm.) may be required.

ISO TEST PROCEDURE.


Test Operation S/C RPM Requirement
1. Priming. (C) 100 Obtain delivery from all injectors.
No air in pump back leak.
2. Transfer Press. (C) 100 Minimum 0.55 bar,( 8 psi).
3. Advance. (S) 600 4.75° to 5.25°. Shim as required.
4. Advance. (C) 1300 7.50° to 8.25°.
5. Transfer Press. (C) 800 4.8 to 5.9 bar(70 to 85 psi)
6. Cambox Press. (C) 800 0.4 to 0.7 bar( 6to 10 psi)
7. Back leakage. 600 10 to 120 cm3 per 100 strokes .
(Flow rate 60to 720cm3/min.)
8. Max. Delivery (S)* 600 68,0 ± 0.6 mm3/st.
Max. spread 6.0 mm3/st.
9. Delivery. (C)* 100 Minimum as test(8 ) - 25.0 mm3/st.
