1. AHU vibrating I said : a) worn out bearing b)loose foundation bolts c) motor overloading

To this he said bearing is alright ,it's mainly because of foundation bolts that become
loose because nobody pays attention to them.

2.I said 2-3 degree of superheat

3. 0.2 MPa for ballast condition 0.3-0.4MPa for loaded conditions

4 and 5.) Purifier vertical shafts have 2 bearings one on the middle of the shaft and one at
the bottom , bottom bearing sits on a spring supported by a ball in the purifier body inside
a bearing housing, removed by first jacking the bearing housing with bolts then remove
the bearing with the help of a bearing puller put the bolt on the shaft end and claws on
the inner race of the bearing giving a jacking action, clean the shaft at the place with sand
paper, mount new bearing after heating in oil checking it's temp with a temp gun and
then mounting it one the shaft and hammering it's inner race with a pipe.
